The problem

Every month a provider waits on enrollment is a month you can't bill.

Clinics cannot bill payers until enrollment completes, and small practices rarely have anyone free to chase payers for status.

How it works

Credentialing starts as a pile.

Licenses, certifications, applications and payer forms, all due, none in order. This is the moment a practice feels the delay.

  1. 01

    Gather

Share your providers, states and the payers you need through a short form.

  2. 02

    Verify

We review your documents and scope each application before anything is submitted.

  3. 03

    Submit

Your credentialing expert coordinates each application, its submission and payer follow-up, asking you for information and approvals when needed.

  4. 04

    Follow up

You get status updates until each payer decides.

FAQ

Questions practices ask first.

How long does credentialing take?

Timing varies by payer and application. We review your case and discuss an estimate, but no one can guarantee a payer's decision date. What we control is submitting a complete, accurate application and following up until the payer decides.

How much does it cost?

Per-Application Enrollment: Starter, 1 to 20 applications; Growth, 21 to 50; Scale, 51 to 100; Enterprise, 100+, custom pricing. Managed Credentialing: Starter, 3 to 10 providers; Scale, 11 to 24 providers; Enterprise, 25+ providers, custom volume pricing. Every engagement is priced through an itemized written quote from the quote form, confirmed in writing before any work starts.

Which payers do you work with?

Commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid.

What happens if a payer rejects an application?

We keep following up with the payer until they reach a decision, and we confirm how corrections are handled in your written quote. No service can guarantee approval.

Who will work on my account?

Your credentialing expert coordinates your applications and payer follow-up, with one clear point of contact. You may still be asked for information and approvals along the way.
